This website only processes the data you send us through the contact form, and only to reply to you.

Name, email address, company (optional) and your message. They are used to handle your enquiry. We do not send marketing communications without your consent.

Legal basis

Your consent, given by ticking the box on the form (art. 6.1.a GDPR).

Retention

For as long as the conversation lasts and, afterwards, for the time needed to meet any legal obligations.

Recipients

The providers that host the website (Vercel) and send the email (Resend), as data processors. They may process data outside the European Economic Area under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data, and withdraw your consent, through the contact form. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
